Are your diamonds real and certified?

Yes. We work exclusively with conflict-free diamonds, and every significant piece is certified and appraised. You'll know exactly what you own — the carat weight, clarity, and color — and what it's independently valued at.

Is my payment secure?

Completely. Checkout is processed by Stripe, a global payments leader. Your card details are encrypted and handled by Stripe directly — we never see or store full card numbers on our servers.

How does the custom (one-of-one) process work?

It starts with a conversation. You tell us what you're picturing; we discuss stones, dimensions, density, and finish, and confirm pricing and timeline. How long does an order take?

Ready-made and curated pieces typically ship within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom commissions ship once production and quality inspection are complete — your estimated timeline is confirmed up front during consultation.

How do you ship, and is it insured?

Every order ships fully insured for its full value, with a required signature on delivery for security. Packaging is plain and unbranded — no indication of value or contents. You receive tracking the moment your order is dispatched.

What's your return policy?

If a piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. Custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted to your specification and handled case by case. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Do you offer ring sizing or resizing?

Yes. Share your size at checkout or during consultation. If you're unsure, reach out — we'll help you get it right before your piece is made.
