Every order ships fully insured for its full value. A signature is required on delivery for the security of your piece. We are unable to release packages without signature or reroute to unattended locations.

Ready-made and curated items typically ship within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces ship once production and quality inspection are complete; your estimated timeline is confirmed during consultation.

Discreet Packaging

Shipments are sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of value or contents.

Tracking

You will receive tracking once your order is dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

International Orders

International shipping may be available by arrangement. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
