Returns & Exchanges

Ready-Made Items — 14 Days

Ready-made and curated pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and certification or appraisal documents. Returns missing certification cannot be accepted.

Custom & Made-to-Order — Final Sale

Because they are produced to your individual specification, custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes engraved, resized, and bespoke items.

How to Start a Return

Email sales@spectreandco.com with your order number to request a return authorization. Do not ship items back without authorization. Returns must be sent fully insured with signature confirmation; return shipping is arranged through us to maintain coverage.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe after the returned piece passes inspection, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
